Brazi Bites Take 2!

In case you missed it–my absolute favorite guilty free and gluten free snack hands down is Brazi Bites

While I have adored these beautiful little bread and cheese hybrids for over a year now, it seems as though the rest of the world has finally taken notice! After being a hidden gem in select Whole Foods around the country, recently Brazi Bites made a big splash on the popular show Shark Tank

If you aren’t watching Shark Tank you are seriously missing out.

Here’s a little back story on Brazi Bitessince we last discussed this gluten free treasure they have added a new flavor! In addition to the bacon, plain cheese, and jalapeno they now offer a garlic asiago flavor and trust me when I tell you that just like the others it does not disappoint.

My favorite thing about Brazi Bitesbesides their deliciousness, is that they are made with pretty basic ingredients. Don’t get me wrong, I love junk food; any kind, all kinds, if it’s awful for you I probably have eaten my weight in it. But I digress. Brazi Bites has a pretty simple list of ingredients: cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, water, safflower oil, milk, eggs, salt, and tapioca flour. That’s it!

Eating right doesn’t have to be complicated.

Cooking up this GF treat is pretty simple too; just preheat your oven to 400, cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes. Simple.

When it comes to eating them you can get a bit creative; when I just want a quick snack I eat them fresh out the oven plain but if I’m feeling fancy, I throw a bit of shredded chicken on them or roasted pork and if it’s breakfast (more like brunch), I throw a bit of bacon on them and have my Brazi Bites on the side of a plate of scrambled eggs.

You can enjoy Brazi Bites any time of day; breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, when that annoying boy didn’t text you back for the 80th time…

WHENEVER!

Don’t get left behind for the second year in a row, check out Brazi Bites online and find a retailer near you!
