What, Like Spa Days Are Hard?

So every Sunday I reserve about 6 hours post church to just completely chill out; I watch all of the mind numbing reality TV I missed out on during the week and I buff, whiten, shine, and nourish my skin…ALL OF IT.

I start off with an incredibly hot shower that includes a little exfoliation (PS we talked exfoliation Monday click here to read), and follow it up with a highly structured skincare routine. First, I take off any stray eye makeup with a combo of baby oil and witch hazel. Then a little cleanse using my Burts Bees face wash, a quick swipe of just my witch hazel for a toner. After that I use my dead sea mud mask and then a quick facial exfoliation using St. Ives Apricot Scrub but just before my Sunday argan oil ritual, I’ve included a new product; Exuviance Intensive Eye Treatment Pads.

Exuviance Eye Treatment Pad

These eye treatment pads are supposed to reduce the appearance of fine lines and crows feet neither of which I currently have (blessings on blessings) but I do believe in prevention when it comes to the aging process.

Basically I’d like to still look 20 when I finally hit 30.

While I’ve only been using my Exuviance goodies for a few days, I can say that they are very moisturizing and soothing. Each pad rests under the eyes for anywhere from 10-30 minutes, I do mine for about 20 minutes, and then you simply remove the pads and rub in any excess solution!

So simple!

Relaxation is incredibly important, and after a long work week my favorite thing to do is curl up with a good book or terrible TV and unwind for a bit with an at home spa day. However you choose to relax, including Exuviance in your skincare routine is a great decision!
