I pretty much have the sleep cycle of a newborn and I’m kind of over it.
When I was given the opportunity to try out Vita Sciences Maxasorb Melatonin Cream I jumped at the chance. I have tried melatonin in its standard pill form several times and ultimately got rid of it because I found myself gradually increasing the dosage just to fall asleep and honestly that cannot be healthy. Plus I have to admit, melatonin in a creamy lotion form was a bit intriguing.
One push of the pump is equivalent to 3mg of melatonin; simply rub the smooth cream into your arms and wait a bit. I usually take this time to remove my makeup and catch up on the latest drama on Southern Charm.
Katherine did what?!
It’s as easy as that!
After about a week of using Vita Sciences Maxasorb Melatonin Cream, I have to say I’m impressed! I haven’t had to up the amount of cream I use or had any of the weird nightmares I had when using the pill version of melatonin; just nice restful sleep.
Who knows, maybe I’ll even develop the sleep patterns of a normal 20-something!
A girl can dream…
