Thirsty Thursday: BattleShots–The Fireball Edition

Fireball

I love Fireball Whisky. It’s my favorite, it’s honestly the love of my life and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t drinking a Fireball and apple juice cocktail as I type this post.

Try it, it’s delicious.

Anyway, a few weeks back I came home to quite possibly the best package I’ve ever gotten, (and I’ve gotten a lot of packages) from my favorite people over at Fireball. Inside I found a few koozies, adorable tshirts, my new favorite off the shoulder sweatshirt, and a game.

Actually no I was given the game. My very own Fireball themed version of the game BattleShots. If you’ve never heard of BattleShots buckle up, I’m about to change your life. This game is the grown up version of Battleship but instead of plastic ships and white and red plastic markers, you have shot glasses filled with your favorite alcohol….Fireball duh, and every time your opponent guesses the correct position of that shot, you take it.

Not to worry there are also magnetic markers so that you aren’t taking several shots in a row.

Come on.

7 shots later…..

I ordered a pizza, ate half, and fell asleep on the couch with my sister.

Moral of the story?

Don’t pregame BattleShots with “one shot for good luck” and two rounds back to back will leave you flat on your behind. Do always prepare for a game like this by saving your favorite pizza places’ number to your favorites and preplanning what you want on your ‘za. Drinking responsibly also means carefully mapping out your drunchies.

Drinking and driving is not very Versace.

Until next time…

XO
