Food Friday–Chicken Pasta

Perfect for dinner or next day drunchies. Pour a glass of wine and gather these ingredients:

Lean chicken breast filets
Rotelli pasta
Spaghetti sauce (anything but prego)

First cook your chicken filets. I use a George Foreman grill because it’s life but you can use any method really as long as it’s cooked! Once it’s cooked don’t cut it right away! You don’t wanna lose the juices! Now on to pasta. I’ve been cooking pasta since I could reach the stove but if you’re a bit of a novice–use the measurements/directions on the pasta box! Add to your water a bit of dried cilantro and a dash of garlic powder. Bring the water to a boil and add pasta. Stir pasta periodically to avoid sticking. Once the pasta has finished cooking, drain and combine it in the pot with your sauce. Slice your chicken and combine with pasta and sauce. Stir and cook on low until the sauce is hot. Pour a glass of wine and enjoy!
