Food Friday–Smoothies Take 1

It’s Food Friday and I’m dying for a smoothie soooo welcome to the first of many smoothie posts! Now while all of these are my own personal recipes there are TONS of smoothie recipes on my Pinterest Munchies board. Because they’re my recipes, I hate to say it, but I rarely measure and nothing is really exact. You’ll also notice that my Kale recipe has a bit of Greek yogurt in it, why? Yogurt has probiotics, probiotics are good for you, ESPECIALLY Greek yogurt. That being said sometimes….well actually rarely because death, I pop a Lactaid and whip up this smoothie, every other day I make it without Greek yogurt and its just as yummy even better tasting in my opinion. That being said here ya go!
